1Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription, requesting a free trial, or using LuffyIPTV, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have read and understood these Terms of Service
• Agree to be legally bound by these terms
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2Service Description

LuffyIPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service granting subscribers access to live TV channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD) content, and related features for personal, private, and non-commercial use only.

The channel lineup, VOD library, and features may change at any time without prior notice, as content availability depends on third-party providers.

3Subscriptions & Payment

Pricing & Billing

Subscription fees are as displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

• Subscriptions are prepaid and non-recurring
• No automatic renewals without your explicit consent
• Payment must be completed before service activation

Accepted Payment Methods

• PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, other major credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer (processing may take 1–2 business days)
• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, and others upon request)

Activation

Your subscription will be activated within 5–10 minutes of confirmed payment.

4Account & Credentials

Upon activation, you will receive a username, password, and server URL. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential and secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Each subscription allows one simultaneous stream per account. Sharing credentials with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

5Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LuffyIPTV only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must NOT:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute your subscription or credentials
• Share your account with individuals outside your household
• Use the service for commercial broadcasting or public display
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the service
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws

6Intellectual Property

All content streamed through LuffyIPTV is owned by the respective broadcasters, studios, and rights holders. LuffyIPTV does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

The LuffyIPTV brand name, logo, website design, and original materials may not be used without our prior written permission.

7Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to all channels at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuffyIPTV shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the service
• Loss of data or inability to access content
• Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party applications
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period.

8Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Unplanned outages do not automatically entitle subscribers to a refund unless they are prolonged (see Refund Policy).

9Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without notice if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that may harm us or other users.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, prepaid fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being submitted to the competent courts.
